Tenant placement services are available on a limited, referral-only basis.

Once you've found a home you're interested in, simply complete the online application. We make it easy by utilizing the built in Zillow Applications. If you prefer RentSpree applications are also available. Each applicant 18 years of age or older must submit a separate application and meet our screening requirements before a lease can be approved. Please note: Application fees are collected directly by Zillow or RentSpree—not by BPM Team. As these are third-party application platforms, we are unable to issue refunds, modify submitted applications, or resolve technical issues.
Applications are evaluated using consistent screening criteria that include income, credit history, rental history, employment verification, and background screening, all in accordance with Fair Housing laws. Qualification requirements are provided with each rental listing.
Current residents can submit maintenance requests directly to Bill or Brigette, we prefer a phone call/text. For emergencies true emergencies call 911 then BPM Team.
Available homes can be viewed by scheduling a showing through the Zillow listing or by contacting our office. We recommend checking our Available Rentals page frequently, as listings are updated regularly and desirable homes can lease quickly.
